No Refunds Policy
All bookings are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is confirmed.
Rescheduling Option
Instead of refunds, we offer rescheduling to another available time slot.
Cancellation Terms
- 48 hours advance notice required
- One reschedule per booking allowed
- Subject to court availability
- Requests with less notice will not be accepted
Weather & Facility Closure
In case of severe weather or emergency facility closure:
- Your booking will be rescheduled to the next available time
- No refund will be issued
Exceptions
No exceptions to this policy. All cancellations are subject to these terms regardless of circumstances.

Acceptance of Terms
By booking a court or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
User Responsibility
Players use the facilities at their own risk. You assume all liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur.
Liability Disclaimer
Tochka is not responsible for:
- Personal injuries during playing
- Loss of theft of personal property
- Equipment damage or malfunction
- Accidents or incidents on and off court
Parental Consent
Players under 18 require parental/guardian consent and may require supervision. Parents are responsible for their children's conduct and safety.
Booking Terms
- Payment is required at time of booking
- Bookings are non-refundable
- Court time begins at scheduled time
- Late arrival beyond 10 minutes forfeits court time
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in
Court Conduct
Players must:
- Respect all other players and staff
- Follow all facility rules
- Keep courts clean and safe
- Not engage in abusive or aggressive behavior
- Not damage court suraces or equipment
Prohibited Conduct
Smoking, excessive noise, abusive language, violence. Any disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
Damage Liability
Players are liable for damage to courts, equipment, or facility. Repair costs will be charged to the booking account.
Photography & Media
TOCHKA reserves the right to photograph/record events. By booking, you consent to use of images for promotional purposes.
Modification of terms
TOCHKA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
Dispute Resolution
Players must:
- Report issues to management immediately
- Written complaints withing 48 hours of incident
- Management decisions are final
- No appeals to refund policy
