Return & Exchange Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled court time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking at no charge if the request is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Wallet credit refunds are applied immediately to your Tochka wallet balance.

4. No-Show Policy

Customers who do not show up for their scheduled booking without prior cancellation will forfeit the full booking amount. No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.

5. Equipment and Accessories

Equipment rental fees included in a booking are non-refundable once the session has commenced. If equipment is found to be defective before play begins, please notify staff immediately for a replacement.
